INGREDIENTS

200 g quinoa...

100 ml lemon juice...

2 tsp smoked paprika...

4 tbsp olive oil...

1 tbsp honey...

300 g cherry tomatoes...

1 tbsp fresh basil...

1 tbsp fresh mint...

200 g DODONI Feta cheese...

PREPARATION

Place the quinoa in a pot with 2 L water to cook. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Drain it and set aside in a bowl.

EXECUTION

Finely chop the cherry tomatoes, basil and mint and crumble the Feta. Add them all to the same bowl with the quinoa. Beat the lemon juice with the olive oil, honey and paprika and add it to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients very well and serve with a little chopped mint.
