INGREDIENTS
1 cup DODONI authentic Greek yoghurt 8%
4 potatoes
1 red pepper
4 gherkins
1 tsp mustard
olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup parsley
1/4 onion
salt and pepper

PREPARATION
Peel the potatoes and bring to boil for 20-30 minutes, until tender.
Drain and set aside for about 15 minutes
Cut the potatoes into cubes and put in a bowl.
Cut the peppers, gherkins and onion in small pieces and add in the potatoes.
Chop the parsley and put in the salad as well.
Season with salt and pepper.

EXECUTION 
Add the yoghurt.
Squeeze the lemon and add olive oil.
Finish with the mustard and mix well all the ingredients in the bowl
Serve the salad.
