INGREDIENTS

FOR THE PASTA

pasta (for 2 portions)...

100 gr. DODONI yoghurt...

100 gr. DODONI feta cheese...

1 ripe avocado ...

1 garlic clove ...

1 lemon (juice and zest)...

1 tsp chili flake...

1 tsp sweet paprika...

1 bunch of mint, finely chopped...

Salt (to taste)...

FOR SERVING

10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half ...

50 g feta cheese grated ...

2-3 mint leaves...

freshly ground pepper...

PREPARATION

Pour plenty of salted water in a pan to boil. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Once ready, remove, strain and transfer them to a bowl.

EXECUTION

In a blender we place the avocado with the yogurt, feta cheese, garlic, lemon juice, chili flakes, paprika, mint, salt and pepper. Blend until we have a homogeneous smooth mixture. Transfer the sauce from the blender to the bowl with the pasta and mix well. Serve on a plate Garnish with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, mint and pepper. Add the lemon zest on top and it is ready to be served.
