INGREDIENTS

2 tomatoes...

2 green peppers...

2 red Florina peppers...

7 tbsp orzo...

7 tbsp oil...

1 tsp sugar...

1/2 bunch of parsley...

4-5 mint leaves...

Salt / pepper...

200 g DODONI Feta cheese...

1 tbsp tomato paste...

PREPARATION

Scoop out the flesh of the vegetables. Keep the flesh of the tomatoes aside.

EXECUTION

Purée the tomato flesh and add 4 tbsp oil, a little sugar, salt and pepper.

Add the uncooked orzo, feta cheese, parsley and mint.

Stuff the vegetables up to the middle, leaving space for the orzo to cook.

Place them in a baking dish or pan, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the rest of the oil and the tomato paste dissolved in a glass of water.

Bake at 180 oC for 40 minutes.

Serve with freshly ground pepper and a few drops of olive oil.
