800 gr. ground turkey
½ tbsp. dried oregano
5 tbsps. breadcrumbs
400 gr. DODONI light cheese
4 burger buns
salt and pepper
Finely chop the onions.
Cut the eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes into rings.
Gently mix turkey, onion, oregano, breadcrumbs, 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil, salt and pepper, in medium bowl. Form into 4 patties, each about 1 inch thick.
Grill burgers until charred on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
Assemble burgers with patties, vegetables and DODONI light cheese.
