INGREDIENTS

1-1½ kilo of lamb leg...

3-4 cloves of garlic...

50 ml olive oil...

1 kg baby potatoes, washed and cut in half...

6 oranges (juice)...

3 oranges (zest)...

2 onions, peeled and cut into four...

2 tbsp. honey...

4 tbsp. soft mustard...

1 tbsp. smoked paprika...

1 lemon (juice)...

200 gr. kefalograviera DODONI...

200 gr. Feta cheese DODONI...

Pepper...

Salt...

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 140°C
Put olive oil in the pan, to cover its surface.

EXECUTION

Add the lamb and with a knife pierce it in various places.  Put garlic cloves in the places where we made holes in the meat. In a bowl put the orange juice, honey, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well. Put the potatoes and onions in the pan and pour over the mixture. Add juice of a lemon. Add water (if needed) to completely cover the potatoes.
Bake at 140°C for 5 hours and remove the lid for the last half an hour.  Add cheese cut into medium pieces to melt. During cooking, we will need to turn around the meat. Serve hot.
