1 drumsticks lamb or goat
1 bunch asparagus
5-6 medium potatoes
400 g. DODONI feta cheese
coarse salt & pepper
Thoroughly clean the lamb. Peel the asparagus and snap off the dry ends. Wash, clean and cut the potatoes.
Season with salt the lamb and place it in an ovenproof dish. Pour the vegetables around, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with oregano.
Sprinkle with olive oil and pour into the pan half cup water.
Cover with foil, pour the feta cheese on vegetables and bake for another 30 minutes at 180oC.
We serve immediately.
