Greek pizza with Italian dough

INGREDIENTS

1 kg. hard flour (for bread)...

7 gr. sugar...

10 gr. salt...

8 gr. dry yeast...

80 ml olive oil...

600 ml of warm water...

80 ml tomato sauce...

50 gr. DODONI feta cheese ...

150 gr. grated DODONI cheese TouTost...

5 cherry tomatoes...

1/2 green pepper (thin slices)...

1/2 red pepper (thin slices)...

80 gr. syglino in cubes...

PREPARATION

In blender or by hand, mix well all the ingredients of the dough except for the flour. Leave the mixture for half an hour to feed the yeast.
Then add the flour and knead. Make a ball, cover it and leave it for half an hour in a warm place, to rise in a bowl that we have covered with a cotton towel.
Divide the dough into balls, cover them and leave them for another half hour to double in size.

 

EXECUTION

Execution

Once we open the pizza dough, pour over the tomato sauce. Then add half of the grated cheese and all other ingredients. Finish with the remaining half of the grated cheese TouTost.

Bake for 10-12 minutes in a well preheated oven at 180 °C.

*Tip: Pizza wants a short time of baking in a very hot oven. For best result, you may

let the pan burn well before putting the pizza on it.
