100 gr. of DODONI cow's butter
1 pack of fresh gnocchi
10 leaves of sage
salt & pepper
In a pot add water and bring to boil. Add the gnocchi and boil for two minutes.
Drain well and keep some from the boiling water. In a hot pan add the half from the butter with the sage. Sautée and add the gnocchi into the pan with the rest from the water. Add salt, pepper and zest from the lemon. Finish by adding the rest of the butter until it melts and serve.
