INGREDIENTS

600 g. ground meat (70% beef, 30% pork)...

1 small onion, chopped...

40 g. breadcrumbs ...

1 egg...

1 tbsp vinegar...

2 tbsp olive oil ...

1 tbsp parsley, chopped...

½ tsp dry oregano ...

salt...

freshly cracked pepper...

150 g. DODONI feta...

800 g. potatoes ...

juice of 1 lemon...

juice of 1 orange ...

½ tbsp mustard...

olive oil ...

dry oregano ...

salt...

freshly cracked pepper...

PREPARATION

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them in even pieces and put them on a baking pan. Preheat the oven at 180oC. 

EXECUTION

Sprinkle the potatoes with salt, freshly cracked pepper and oregano. Pour some olive oil over them.
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, orange juice and mustard. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and gently mix so that the ingredients come together.
Put the baking pan in the oven and bake the potatoes for about 50 minutes, at 180oC.
Meanwhile, put the ground meat, salt and freshly cracked pepper, oregano, olive oil, breadcrumbs, egg, vinegar, parsley and onion in a bowl and mix well with hands, for 5 minutes. Put the meat mixture in the fridge, for 30 minutes.
Take the baking pan with the potatoes out of the oven. Shape the meat mixture into even balls. Put a small piece of DODONI feta into each ball and reshape it into a burger, so that the feta is covered. Place the burgers on the potatoes.
Raise the oven heat to 200oC and bake the burgers and potatoes for another 25-30 minutes.
