Cut the chicken fillets into strips.
Mix the Yoghurt, mustard, paprika, and garlic powder.
Dip the chicken strips in the yoghurt mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Take the chicken out of the fridge and crush the oregano crisps in a bowl.
Roll the chicken strips over the crumbled crisps to coat them evenly on all sides, and place them in a pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 oC for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with green salad or Yoghurt mixed with paprika.
