THE EXPERIENCE
INGREDIENTS
3 chicken legs
1/2 onion, cut into cubes
½ garlic clove cut into thin slices
50 ml extra virgin olive oil
100 gr broccoli (cut into florets)
100 gr cauliflower ( cut into florets ) You may use multicolored cauliflower
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
100 g feta cheese DODONI , cut into cubes
5 slices of DODONI TouTost cheese, cut into strips
PREPARATION
Add the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan and sauté the onion with the garlic until they get a nice golden color. Add the chicken legs and cook them from each side. Boil water in a saucepan, add the broccoli and cauliflower, boil for 3 minutes.
EXECUTION
Place a sheet of baking paper on a foil sheet.
Put all the ingredients in the center of the baking paper.
Seal the ingredients using the foil.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Take out of the oven and serve.
