500 gr. Cherry tomatoes...

200 gr. feta cheese...

80 ml olive oil...

1 onion (diced)...

1 clove garlic (cut into thin slices)...

1 tea spoon of honey...

300 gr. pasta ...

1 bunch of basil (or mint)...

salt...

pepper...

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. In a pan put the olive oil, onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, and feta cheese. Optionally add a teaspoon of honey. Bake at 200 ° C for 30-40 minutes.

EXECUTION

Boil the pasta separately according to the instructions of the box. Remove the pan from the oven and mix thoroughly. Add the pasta and the chopped herbs. Mix well. Serve and optionally grate extra feta cheese on top.
