INGREDIENTS

200 ml espresso coffee, in room temperature...

60 g cocoa powder + extra for topping...

200 g granulated sugar...

300 ml full fat cream ...

200 g DODONI Strained Yoghurt...

1 pack ladyfingers...

PREPARATION

Soak the ladyfingers in coffee and arrange them in a 26cm glass dish next to each other to form an even layer, or in individual bowls (4-6 bowls depending on the size and type).

EXECUTION

In a mixer's bowl add the cream, sugar and Yoghurt, and beat well until fluffy.

Place the mixture on top of the ladyfingers.

Refrigerate the dessert for 3 hours.

Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
