100 ml milk
200 g chocolate couverture
500 g DODONI Strained Yoghurt
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
150 g digestive biscuits
Break the biscuits into small pieces with your hands.
Cut the bananas into slices.
Finely chop the couverture chocolate.
Heat the milk and add the couverture chocolate. Add the honey and vanilla extract. As soon as the couverture chocolate melts, let cool down for 10 minutes. Mix in the yoghurt.
Fill some glasses with mousse, sliced bananas and biscuits. Garnish with biscuit crumbs and bananas. Place in the fridge for at least an hour before serving
Take the glasses out of the fridge and enjoy without regrets.
