Rice pudding with yoghurt and sesame honey bar

INGREDIENTS

120 g arborio rice...

750 g milk 3,5%...

60 g granulated sugar...

vanilla ...

300 g DODONI Strained Yoghurt ...

PREPARATION

In a saucepan, combine the rice, milk, sugar and vanilla. Bring to a boil over medium heat. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the rice doesn't stick to the bottom. Allow mixture to cool slightly off the heat, and add the yoghurt. Stir lightly to combine. Serve with a broken up sesame honey bar on top and enjoy!

EXECUTION

For the sesame honey bar, place a pan or saucepan over high heat. Add the sesame seeds and roast for 2 minutes until golden. Remove the sesame seeds from the pan and set aside. In the same pan add the honey and bring to a boil. Add the sesame, lower the heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon to prevent the mixture from burning. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the mixture evenly into a pan with a diameter of 20 cm lined with parchment paper. Let cool down for about 30 minutes and cut as desired.
