
THE EXPERIENCE
INGREDIENTS
375 g flour for all purposes
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
300 gr. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs (at room temperature)
170 ml soft olive oil (or sunflower oil)
200 gr. DODONI strained yogurt
80 gr. raisins
80 gr. walnut coarsely chopped
80 gr. almond fillet
FOR THE PAN
1 tsp flour
1 tsp olive oil
FOR THE ICING
300 gr. powdered sugar
40 ml water
1 tsp vanilla extract

PREPARATION
Grease with olive oil a round pan with a diameter of 25 cm using kitchen paper.
Sprinkle flour in the form to go everywhere and shake off the excess.

EXECUTION 
We put the flour, the baking powder, the salt in a bowl and we mix them with a hand whisk.
In another bowl we put the eggs with the sugar and we beat them until the sugar melts well and our mixture gets a light yellow color. We add the oil, vanilla and yogurt and beat for 1 minute to combine ingredients. Add the flour and mix gently with a spatula. Finally, add the raisins, walnuts and almond fillet and mix with the spatula. Transfer the mixture to the form, flatten the surface with the spatula and lightly tap the form on the kitchen counter to remove any air. Our dough must cover the form by 3/4 of its height. Bake in a preheated oven on the heating elements at 170 degrees ° C for 60 minutes, on the lower grill.
Allow the cake to come to room temperature in the pan and then unmold.
For the icing, mix all ingredients well. Spread the icing on top of the cake
