INGREDIENTS

250 gr all purpose flour...

½ tsp salt...

50 gr sugar...

120 ml sunflower oil...

200 ml DODONI fresh milk full fat 3,5%...

320 gr bittersweet chocolate, chopped...

400 gr authentic DODONI Greek yoghurt, full fat 8%...

200 gr fresh strawberries, cut in quarters ...

powdered sugar, for garnish (optional)...

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven at 180°C. Weigh all the ingredients for the tart dough.

EXECUTION

Prepare the dough. In a bowl mix the flour, salt and sugar. Add the sunflower oil and 50 ml DODONI fresh milk and mix, at first using a spoon and later with your hands, until the you get a soft dough. Press the dough on the base and sides of a lightly greased tart pan. Pierce the dough with a fork. Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes until golden. Take it out of the oven and let it cool off completely before filling it.
Prepare the filling. Put the chopped chocolate in a bowl. Heat 150 ml DODONI fresh milk in a saucepan, just until it starts to simmer and pour over the chocolate. Wait 10-20’’ and stir gently with a rubber spatula until you get a smooth chocolate mixture. Add the authentic DODONI Greek yoghurt and stir gently until fully incorporated. Pour the final mixture on the baked tart dough, spread evenly and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours, until well set.
Serve the tart with freshly cut strawberries and sprinkle with a little bit of powdered sugar.
