INGREDIENTS

300 g DODONI Strained Yoghurt...

100 g cream...

50 g powdered sugar...

Orange zest...

100 g nuts...

100 g blueberries or raspberries...

PREPARATION

In a mixing bowl whisk together the Yoghurt, the cream, the powdered sugar, and the orange zest.

EXECUTION

Cover the bottom and sides of a mould with cling film.

Pour the Yoghurt mixture into the mould and spread it evenly with a spatula.

Garnish with a few chopped raspberries or blueberries, a few chopped nuts and put in the freezer for about 5-6 hours to firm up.

Unmould when frozen solid, cut with a knife into portions and serve.
