INGREDIENTS
2 cups granulated sugar
2 1/2 cups flour (all purpose)
3 medium eggs
3/4 cup DODONI cow's butter
1/2 ts salt
1/3 cup DODONI xynogala
1 ts vanilla extract
4-5 bananas (very ripe)
1/2 cup blueberries

PREPARATION
Use a fork to smash the bananas.

EXECUTION 
Whisk butter with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract and keep whisking. Add sour milk and salt. Add bananas in the batter. Whisk in the flour. Butter a baking tin and pour the batter. Place the blueberries on top. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celcius for approximately 75’.
