INGREDIENTS

220 g. whole flour...

100 g. all purpose flour ...

7g. salt...

70 g. honey...

5 g. baking soda...

12 g. baking powder...

450 ml. DODONI week’s milk...

2 eggs...

40 ml white vinegar...

40 g. DODONI sheep’s butter, melted...

fruits (strawberries,bananas etc)...

PREPARATION

Weigh all ingredients. Cut fruit into slices. Heat a nonstick skillet.

EXECUTION

In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder. Add the milk and mix well. Add the butter, eggs, honey and vinegar and stir until the mixture is well combined. Heat a nonstick pan and pour a ladle of the mixture. Cook pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side. 4Continue until you finish the mixture.
Serve with fruits and honey.
