220 g. whole flour
100 g. all purpose flour
70 g. honey
5 g. baking soda
12 g. baking powder
450 ml. DODONI week’s milk
40 ml white vinegar
40 g. DODONI sheep’s butter, melted
fruits (strawberries,bananas etc)
Weigh all ingredients. Cut fruit into slices. Heat a nonstick skillet.
In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder. Add the milk and mix well. Add the butter, eggs, honey and vinegar and stir until the mixture is well combined. Heat a nonstick pan and pour a ladle of the mixture. Cook pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side. 4Continue until you finish the mixture.
Serve with fruits and honey.
