4 slices DODONI TouTost cheese

1 loaf of bread

2 bacon slices

1 avocado

1/2 lemon juice

salt / pepper

1 egg

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.

Slice open the bread and lay DODONI TouTost cheese on top. Place it in the preheated oven until it melts.

In a bowl mix the avocado with the lemon, salt and pepper.

In a non-stick pan, frizzle the bacon. When it is ready remove it from the pan, and in the same pan cook the egg.

Serve on a plate putting the bread with the melted cheese and topping it with avocado, bacon and egg.
