6 slices DODONI TouTost cheese
3 toast bread slices
apaki cut in slices (Cretan cold cut)
6 tbsp caramelized onions
1 cup mixed green salad (lettuce, arugula etc.)
salt and pepper
Grill 2 bread slices, each with 3 slices of DODONI TouTost cheese until they melt. Also, grill the 3rd slice of bread, without cheese.
Then, spread the caramelized onion and the apaki on the melted cheese. Add the mixed salad, salt, pepper, oil and balsamic vinegar and top with the last slice of bread. Cut the club sandwich and serve with fried potatoes.
