Pork tenderloin filled Feta cheese

Ingredients

  • 180 gr. Pork tenderloin
  • 50 gr. Red florinis peppers
  • 30 gr. Green peppers
  • 100 gr. DODONI feta cheese
  • 30 gr. Fresh butter
  • 50 gr. Onion
  • Salt,black Pepper, Oregano, Thyme

Slice the meat and season.

In the center of the sliced meat, place the pepper slices, the onions and the sliced feta cheese.

Roll the meat, coat it in aluminium foil to cook in the oven at low heat. Let it cool and slice it.

Serve with basmati rice.
