DODONI was founded in 1963 as a small unit of pasteurization of fresh milk, which initially served exclusively the needs of the residents of Ioannina, collecting cow milk from small regional units .
Today, 40 years later, through a course of continuous development, that was based not only on the standardization of the highest models of quality in cheese-dairies through continuous technological pioneering, but also on the successful application of enjoyable ,traditional and tasty recipes, respect for natural environment, as well as on the orientation to the needs and the priorities of the consumers, DODONI has been established as the leading company, in Greece, in the capacity of producing and selling dairy products.
The milestones in this course over the last years were the investment on installation and operation of one of the largest state-of-the-art linesof production of Feta in the world and the manufacture of suitable moulds of production, so that the company's trade mark would be stamped on the cheese.
